Anina joined Birmans Incorporated in January 2017 and was appointed as a Director in March 2023. She holds a B.A. Law (2007) and an LLB (2009) from North-West University, Potchefstroom, and was admitted as an Attorney of the High Court in 2012, with Right of Appearance in the High Court. She also completed Family Law Mediation training in 2018.

Anina heads the firm’s High Court Litigation, High Court Correspondent, Family Law, and RAF – Third Party Claims & Personal Injury departments. Her work spans contractual disputes, enforcement claims, interdictory applications, and personal injury matters arising from road accidents and other causes.
